Registration for Farm & Forest School Programs
Please keep in mind that all of our programs are 100% outdoor immersion programs. The children will be outside for the entirety of the program. We expect that all children come prepared and dressed for the weather. Please see our clothing requirements before registering.
We have a camping toilet set up for bathroom needs.
Refunds: We are not able to provide refunds in most cases. We reserve the right to determine each case and any refunds we choose to provide will be less the $30 deposit and a $25 administrative fee.
A $30 non-refundable deposit is included in the cost of all programs. For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of a program, a refund will be given, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Should illness or any other circumstances require you to cancel your camp registration less than 30 days prior to the start of camp, and if we are able to fill your child’s spot in the camp session with another camper, we can offer a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Should we need to cancel a day due to inclement weather or teacher illness, we will offer a make-up day at the end of the program - simply extending the program -- same time and same day of the week.
Should we need to cancel a program session due to any circumstance, registration fees will be refunded in full, including the $30 deposit.
Staff of our Farm & Forest School reserve the right to expel a child from our programs in the event that:
Student's program fees have not been paid
We cannot meet the child's needs
The child's behaviour puts him/herself, other students, or staff at risk
Sibling Discount: We offer a sibling discount for our Adventurers program. Full price for 1 child, and 10% off for each additional child. - Your discount will be reimbursed to you.
Please fill out a new form for each child and for each program/session.
