Years ago, I worked as an admissions and recruitment officer for a local university. One of my responsibilities was recruiting homeschooled students. So, at a local homeschooling conference, I got talking to some of the moms there, and I asked them, "In today's day and age, where we rely on two incomes to survive, how can you afford to homeschool?" Their answer was simple: Mommy Jobs. Mommy jobs are jobs that moms do so they can bring in income to be able to stay at home with their kids 90% of the time. One mom was a nurse who worked night shift so she could be home during the day. Another worked weekends so she could be home during the week, etc. That always stayed with me and when I had my first son I knew I couldn't go back to work. I knew I needed to find a mommy job.
I love affiliate marketing. Not only has it allowed me to stay home with my boys, and grow our little homestead for the past 5 years, it allows me to share things I love and believe in, while sharing information I’m learning along the way. It allows me to fuel what my passions are like spending time with my family, my animals & ultimately deciding how I want to spend my day.
